G-A percussion group records top score

The Greencastle-Antrim Indoor Percussion group claimed first place in the Blue Standstill category at the Cedar Cliff competition March 15.

The percussionists scored a 94.4, highest of the competition.

In the indoor guard competition, G-A was fifth in the White Guard group, scoring a 77.7. Leading the group was Biglerville (84.1). Waynesboro was second with an (82.3). Wilson (82.1) was third and Carlisle (78.3) was fourth.

The G-A groups will next perform at the 10 a.m. March 29 North Hagerstown Indoor Competition.
