Slippery pot pie supper

KAUFFMAN - The Kauffman Ruritan Club is sponsoring an all-U-can-eat slippery pot pie supper from 4 to 7 p.m. Saturday, March 29 at the Kauffman Community Center, 7289 Ruritan Dr.

Proceeds benefit the Kauffman Ruritan's college scholarship program.

The menu consists of both ham and beef pot pie, slaw, applesauce and dessert.

The cost is $6.50 for adults $6.50; $3.50 for children 6 to 12; and under 6 are free.

Pie auction

NEW FRANKLIN - A missionette pie auction will be held Saturday, March 29 at New Franklin Assembly of God, 2355 New Franklin Road, with a 6 p.m. covered dish meal and the 7 p.m. pie auction.

Basket bingo The Greencastle-Antrim Band Boosters will hold a basket bingo benefit March 30 at the Greencastle Special Events Center, 407 S. Washington St.

Doors will open at 11:30 a.m., with lunch at noon and bingo at 1:30 p.m.

Basket Bingo with filled baskets will benefit Greencastle- Antrim bands. Tickets are $20 in advance, $25 at the door. Names will be entered into an extra drawing, only with the purchase of an advance ticket. There will be other games of chance and door prizes. Bingo begins at 1:30 pm with 20 regular games and four specials. All baskets are filled with goodies, including some resin and some plush Boyds.
