Stenger, Smith perform at Pro Bowl

KIMBERLY SMITH AND MINDY STENGER
Mindy Stenger and Kimberly Smith of Greencastle participated in the All-American Cheer and Dance (AACD) NFLPro-Bowl Performance Tour in Honolulu, Hawaii Feb. 3-10. They were selected by AACD staff from cheerleaders and dancers across the country.

Mindy, a junior at Greencastle Antrim High School, is the daughter of Michael Stenger and Glenda Stenger and granddaughter of Wayne and Shirley Stenger. She has been a varsity cheerleader for the Blue Devil football and basketball teams for two years and also cheered for Greencastle Antrim Middle School and Greencastle Eagles Midget Football.

She has taken dance classes at Clarissa's School of Performing Arts for 14 years and been a dance assistant and member of the competition dance team.

Kimberly, a junior at Mercersburg Academy, is the daughter of David and Krista Smith and granddaughter of Charles and Sue Eckstine. She was a fouryear competitive gymnast for the Wilson Renegades and a threeyear competitive cheerleader for the Wilson Panthers. Both are programs of Wilson School of Gymnastics and Dance.

In Hawaii the girls participated in the AACD National Scholarship Invitational. They performed in the pregame and halftime show at the 2008 NFLPro Bowl in Aloha Stadium, which was broadcast on FOX television.
