The following cases were recently docketed before Magisterial District Judge Duane Cunningham:

Mindy Sue Emory, 36, 429 E. Baltimore St. was charged with possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and drug paraphernalia March 14. Executing a search warrant, Greencastle police found a torn corner of a plastic baggie containing suspected marijuana in a dresser drawer, and a white powder substance in another drawer that field tested positive for cocaine.

Lindsey Dawn Funt, 24, Franklin County Jail, was arrested on drug charges March 14 at 429 E. Baltimore St. She was charged with possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, a small amount of marijuana and misbranding of a controlled substance. Greencastle police found a camo scale, 100 mini ziplock bags, an Oxycontin bottle containing three pills, a corner baggie with residue and two burnt marijuana cigarettes in her bedroom.
