Court Reports The following cases were recently docketed before Magisterial District Judge Duane Cunningham: Pennsylvania State Police arrested Matthew Allen Robinson, 26, Chambersburg, after receiving a call of a disturbance at CEBCO Service Station in Marion at 12:36 a.m. Feb. 13. A black male had been inside the store for 20 minutes, bleeding from the hand and trying to start a fight with employees and patrons. He left and drove south on US 11. Police searched and found him in a BMW 325i at Gibbles Restaurant parking lot. Robinson was transported to Chambersburg Hospital and his blood alcohol content was tested at .031 percent and marijuana was found in his system. A Zullinger woman was arrested following an incident at 11:58 p.m. Nov. 21 at McDonald's. Pennsylvania State Police received a call of a female smoking marijuana in the drivethrough. Kathleen Louise Heim, 23, was the driver of a 1996 Honda Civic. Police found marijuana and a pipe in the glove compartment. Heim had a passenger and an infant in the backseat. She was transported to Chambersburg Hospital for testing. Charges included possession of marijuana for personal use, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of driving under the influence, endangering the welfare of children and recklessly endangering another person. James Robert Williams Jr., 18, 43 W. Madison St., was arrested following a burglary at Homestyle Family Restaurant, 26 N. Antrim Way on Jan. 16. Greencastle police found that the business had been entered by someone removing plywood over a window. A door was also pried open. A metal box containing $300 was missing. The investigation led to Williams, who told police he conspired with a former employee to enter the building. He said they also took a small stereo. The owner later confirmed a stereo had been stolen. Williams was charged with burglary, theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property. |
