Betsy Snoots, 324 E. Grant St., replace roof and add dormer, $9,740; Jim Laye's Tavern, Inc., 200 W. Madison St., construct deck, $10,000; Scott A. Palmer, 25 S. Antrim Way, demolition of storage building, $2,000; Fulton Financial Corp., 106 S. Antrim Way, install business sign, $2,900.
