Police Reports Greencastle Borough Police recently released the following incident reports (Information on any of the cases should be called to police at 597-9506.): Homestyle Family Restaurant was the victim of a burglary discovered at 5:30 a.m. Jan. 16. Someone entered the business at 26 N. Antrim Way through the back of the building and took an undisclosed amount of cash from the office, cash register and several containers collecting money for charities. Anyone with information should contact police at 597-2161. Someone pumped $30 worth of gas from Sheetz, 215 W. Baltimore St., at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 14 and left without paying. The vehicle was described as a green Ford Taurus, with a registration of NJZ216. The occupants were two females with brown hair, appearing to be in their early 20s. Harry Miller reported criminal mischief at 130 S. Carlisle St. at 5:37 p.m. Jan. 14. Someone damaged three windows on his garage to the rear of the property. They appeared to have been broken with rocks. Elizabeth Marie Swenson and Kayla Lynn Haines, both 18, were charged with underage consumption of alcohol at 1:16 a.m. Jan. 1. The incident occurred at 600 E. Leitersburg St. Andy Everetts reported criminal mischief at 257 S. Cedar Lane. Someone damaged the side of a building and the back of a sign with spray paint. It was discovered at 2:31 p.m. Jan. 20. Following a traffic stop, Marcus Jay Miranda, 23, no address given, was arrested for driving under the influence and summary offenses on South Antrim Way at 3:30 a.m. Jan. 19. Police determined Harry Anthony Koons, 45, 40 W. Dahlgren St., to be driving under the influence at 10:05 p.m. Jan. 18. Koons was pulled over for speeding on Leitersburg Street. Kenneth Eric Nebelong, 45, currently in Franklin County Jail for other theft-related offenses, was cited for theft by deception for incidents spanning Dec. 22 to Jan 4, with Truck Mounts, Inc., 501 S. Cedar Lane, Building 3. Nebelong had received $1,200 and $800 in cash in exchange for 18 truck tires. Nebelong failed to provide the tires or return the money by Jan. 4 as promised. Lori Ray, 26, Zullinger, was treated for minor injuries following an accident at 10:23 a.m. Jan. 19. Ray was attempting to pull into a private drive when her 2000 Honda Civic was struck in the rear at 858 Buchanan Trail East by Terry Martin, 28, Greencastle, driving a 1997 Plymouth Voyager. Pennsylvania State Police in Chambersburg recently issued the following news releases (Information on any of the cases should be called to police at 264-5161.): A 16-year-old youth at Manito School, 2168 Mont Alto Road, was arrested for disorderly conduct at 10:55 a.m. Jan. 11.
