Holiday Bazaar

WAYNESBORO - The Waynesboro Hospital Auxiliary will host a Holiday Bazaar at 8:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 1 at the Church of the Apostles, 336 Barnett Ave.

The bazaar will feature wreaths, swags, large and small arrangements, kissing balls, boxwood trees and topiaries. Homemake cookies, candies and breads will also be available.

Food pantry fund-raiser

CHAMBERSBURG - The Bountiful Blessings Food Pantry of Christian Life Church will hold a fund-raiser of crafts, food, and distributors from many companies from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 8 at the church, 1400 Warm Spring Road.

Some of the companies that will be available at the fundraiser are: Cookie Lee Jewelry, Home & Garden Party, Mary Kay, Tastefully Simple, Pampered Chef, Xedia Technology, and some local crafts as well as a baked sale.

A dinner and raffle fundraiser is being planned by teams from the Relay for Life Greencastle. Donation of framed art, books or crafts are needed.

HARRISBURG - Wealth Charitable Gift Certificates are available in the amounts of $25, $50 and $100 through the Foundation for Enhancing Communities, serving Franklin and surrounding counties.

The certificates can be given as gifts and the recipient can send them to The Foundation indicating the charity of their choice for a contribution.

Used vehicle drive

HARRISBURG - Extra Mile Ministries is accepting used vehicles from throughout central Pennsylvania to support the ministry. A tax receipt will be given to the donor in return.

Free towing is provided. Operable and inoperable vehicles of all kinds are accepted.
