The following cases were recently docketed before Magisterial District Judge Duane Cunningham:

Julia Diana Strausner, 35, Mercersburg, was charged with two counts of driving under influence at 3:30 a.m. Oct. 10. Pennsylvania State Police were called to Jim's Tavern in Greencastle on a report of a woman passed out in the parking lot. Upon arrival, police were told she drove her car to Sheetz, 215 E. Baltimore St. At that site, the officer saw her walking toward her vehicle. She was transported to Chambersburg Hospital where her BAC was .134 percent.
