Charlie J. Parsons, O.D.

Dr. Parsons was born in Moorefield, WV, and grew up on a small farm. After majoring in Biology and participating in the honors program at West Virginia University, Dr. Parsons attended the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia. At PCO, he achieved academic and clinical honors, and was awarded his Doctorate in 1983. He completed internships in the states of Pennsylvania and Minnesota.

In 1984, Dr. Parsons opened Greencastle Eye Care Center, his private practice. He is firmly committed to quality care with friendly, professional service. Dr. Parsons actively maintains his status as a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Optometric Associations.

Dr. Parsons resides in Greencastle with his wife, Elissa, who is also the Office Administrator and is the "glue that holds it all together!" and his three daughters, Jennifer, Rebecca, and Christina. He enjoys flying, traveling, and spending time with his family. He is active in his church, the community and charitable events.

Sandra Fink-Freeman O.D.

Dr. Sandra L. Fink-Freeman began seeing patients at Greencastle Eye Care Center on Monday, December 4,2006. The Doctors are taking new patients, continuing to give the same outstanding care and services that Greencastle Eye Care has become known for.

After earning her undergraduate degree at Penn State University, Dr. Fink-Freeman graduated from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1993. She was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Fraternity. Dr. Fink-Freeman ia a member of the American Optometric Association, PA Optomeric Association and the Central PA Optometric Association. She has been practicing in the local area since 1994.

Dr. Sandra L. Fink-Freeman lives in Greencastle with her husband, John, and their two sons, Benjamin and Jason. When she isn't seeing patients Dr.Fink- Freeman can be found attending her sons' sporting events, Hagerstown Suns games, reading or tending to her garden.
