Bridge opens at Marion

MARION - The bridge that carries Route 914 over Interstate 81 in Guilford Township, Franklin County, has reopened to traffic. It is located at I-81 Exit 10 near Marion.

Route 914 is also known as Swamp Fox Road. The bridge had been closed since mid-December for a deck replacement project. PennDOT's contractor who conducted the work was Jay Fulkroad & Sons, Inc. of McAlisterville, for $808,000. The bridge carries an average of nearly 5,300 vehicles a day.
