The Greencastle-Antrim High School varsity soccer team was edged 2-1 in its preliminary round District 3- AA contest with Schuylkill Valley Monday on Kaley Field.

Jordan Springer scored a goal midway through the second half, however the Blue Devils were unable to overcome a 2-0 halftime deficit.

G-A was the 11th seed in the tournament, while SV was number 22 with a 10-10 record out of Berks County.

The loss ended the Devils' season with a 14-5-1 record.
