Court reports

The following cases were recently docketed before Magisterial District Judge Duane Cunningham:

Michael E. Rockwell, 51, 407 W. Baltimore St., was charged with criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and defiant trespass for an incident at 4 p.m. Sept. 25. Greencastle police were called to 411A W. Baltimore St., where resident James Webb, 27, reported that Rockwell had damaged his rented 2007 Dodge pickup after Webb refused to drive him to an appointment at the Day Reporting Center. Rockwell is in Franklin County Prison on a probation violation.

A Mercersburg man was charged with two counts of driving under the influence, driving on roadways laned for traffic and careless driving after being stopped by Pennsylvania State Police. Brent Howard Diffenderfer, 19, was observed by police entering Greencastle on Route 16 traveling in the wrong lane at 3:56 a.m. Aug. 5. He was taken to Chambersburg Hospital where his BAC was measured at .154 percent.
