Cour t report

The following cases were recently docketed before Magisterial District Judge Duane Cunningham:

Carol Jean Myers, 48, 14159 Mercersburg Road, Greencastle, was charged by Pennsylvania State Police with driving under the influence, driving on right side of roadway, careless driving and restraint systems following a one-vehicle crash. Myers allegedly lost control of her vehicle at 2:30 a.m. Aug. 29 and ended up in the ditch on Route 16 near Willowdale Road. She was tested at Chambersburg Hospital and her BAC was found to be .164 percent.
