Beth Lovell, Customer Service Manager, and Alicia Grimm, Food Lion Store Manager, present a $100 check to Duane Schroyer, co-chair of the Greencastle Veteran's Memorial Committee. Grimm, making the donation in appreciation of their customers, challenges the rest of the business community to support the fundraising efforts of the American Legion Post 373 and the VFW Post 6319. Schroyer estimates the memorial project will need $60,000 for construction and ongoing maintenance expenses.

"Blue" is the new mascot for the Greencastle-Antrim High School. Matt Barnhart has donned the costume for a number of Blue Devil athletic events so far.
