Court Report The following cases were recently docketed before Magisterial District Judge Duane Cunningham: Coby Lee Waugh, 18, Hancock, Md., was charged with open lewdness and disorderly conduct at the Pennsylvania Welcome Center, 14885 Molly Pitcher Highway, Sept. 3. A member of the cleaning staff called Pennsylvania State Police at 3:21 p.m. after observing unusual behavior in the men's room twice over the course of an hour. Customers also complained about Waugh's behavior. Police had the same observation upon arrival. Kelly Renee Miller, 24, and Karl Louis Rowland, 25, both of 834 Buchanan Trail East, face three felony charges of forgery and access device fraud. According to Pennsylvania State Police, the two allegedly signed Mabel Higgins¿ name and used her credit card to make purchases without authorization. Between March 27 and June 5 they allegedly made purchases in Chambersburg, Hagerstown and Shippensburg, and rented a unit at Waynecastle Storage. The fraudulent charges added up to $11,392.74. Rowland told police he later sold the purchased items for money to buy drugs. Jerry Lee Faxon, 37, Waynesboro, was charged with two counts of dirving under the influence and various traffic offenses after a stop at 2:21 a.m. Aug. 23. He was driving a 1991 Chevrolet Caprice on Route 16 at Stull Road. He was arrested and taken to Chambersburg Hospital, where his BAC was found to be .153 percent. |
