Police Reports

Greencastle Borough Police recently released the following incident reports:

Annette Sheeder reported that when she arrived at work Aug. 15 she noticed damage to posts belonging to Greencastle Childcare and Learning Center at 645 E. Baltimore St. The posts were adjacent to the parking lot of M and T Bank. She estimated damage at $200.

Joseph Brooks Clark, 34, no fixed address, was stopped by police at 12:32 a.m. Sept. 3 while allegedly in physical control of a running vehicle while under the influence. During a search prior to his arrest, the officer found a small amount of marijuana. The incident occurred at 28 W. Dahlgren St. Clark was arraigned and remanded to Franklin County Jail with $10,000 bond.

Pennsylvania State Police in Chambersburg recently issued the following news releases (Information on any of the cases should be called to police at 264-5161.):

Jerr-Dan Corporation, 1080 Hykes Road, reported the theft of a laptop computer at 10:35 a.m. Sept. 5.
