Court Report The following cases were recently docketed before Magisterial District Judge Duane Cunningham: Sandra Lee Krot, 52, 15125 Maryland Line Road, was charged with two counts of hindering apprehension or prosecution and obstructing governmental function for an incident at 2:08 p.m. Aug. 27. Pennsylvania State Police said she allegedly harbored her son knowing he had warrants for his arrest and provided a false name and date of birth for him. Police went to the residence with a warrant from District Justice Duane Cunningham's office. A person at the home stated he was Paul Krot, 30, but could not provide a photo ID. Sandra Krot reported the same information on the male. Both said the wanted person was not present. The officers said the two would be arrested if they were lying, but both stated they were telling the truth. PSP discovered later that Paul Krot was currently incarcerated and a photo from the District Justice officer revealed that the male at the house was Robert Krot. When PSP went back to the house, Robert Krot had fled. Sandra Krot was taken into custody. |
