      One site is better than two, a local family believes. Steve and Jodi Carbaugh combined their two businesses into one location last week. On Tuesday they moved Cup O' Joe from 21 E. Baltimore St. across the way to 42 E. Baltimore St., to become a joint venture with Wolf's Baked Goods.
