The following cases were recently docketed before Magisterial District Judge Duane Cunningham:

Misti Nicarry, 38, Mercersburg, was charged with driving under influence and various traffic offenses following a stop at South Antrim Way and West Baltimore Street at 1:27 a.m. Aug. 9. Greencastle Police observed erratic driving in a 1998 Nissan Sedan. Nicarry was transported to Waynesboro Hospital, where her BAC was reported as .22 percent. She was released to the custody of a friend.zqzq
