Hearing set for bank robbery suspect
      The man accused of robbing First National Bank of Greencastle a year ago is scheduled for a preliminary hearing in Franklin County Court Oct. 2. Robert Franklin Reed III, 28, is currently incarcerated at State Correctional Institution Fayette in LaBelle.

      Greencastle Borough Police recently released the following incident reports: Janice Lee Cline, 266 N. Carlisle St., was charged with domestic abuse, assault, disorderly conduct and harassment for an incident at 12:05 p.m. Aug. 13. She allegedly punched and slapped James Andrew Reese, Jr.

      Saturday, in the scorching afternoon heat, a small contingent of people opposed to the war in Iraq entered Greencastle from the west and turned south toward Hagerstown. One had walked from Colorado and another, the founder of March of the People, started in Chicago.
