Nancy N. Dunlop Nancy N. (Brashear) Dunlop, 59, of 15585 Oak Road, Waynesboro, died at 12:45 p.m., Thursday, Aug. 9, 2007, in the Johns Hopkins University Hospital, Baltimore, Md. She had suffered from scleroderma for 16 years. Born Jan. 14, 1948 in Centralia, Ill., she was the daughter of the late Harold N. and Beatrice (Froman) Brashear. She lived in the Centralia area until the age of 3, when her family moved to Louisiana. Mrs. Dunlop graduated from Berwick High School, Berwick, La., with the Class of 1966. She later attended McNeese College, Lake Charles, La. for two years. She and her husband of over 20 years, Brian A. Dunlop, were married on Christmas Day 1986 in Lake Charles, La. They have lived in State Line, Pa. for the past 19 years. Mrs. Dunlop was the Operations Officer for Lakeside National Bank, Lake Charles, for 13 years. She enjoyed flying with her husband on many adventures flying all over the United States in the many and varied airplanes he acquired over the years. In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Eric B. Towns of Fort Leavenworth, Kan.; three step-daughters, Lulu Harmer of Carstairs, Alberta, Canada, Rossi Dunlop and Andrea Dunlop, both of the United Kingdom; three brothers, Myron Brashear of Kerens, Texas, Marvin Brashear of Waynesboro and Nolan Brashear of Berwick, La.; and a number of nieces and nephews. A memorial service was held the evening of Monday, Aug. 13 in Miller-Bowersox Funeral Home, Greencastle, with Rev. Darlene Kline officiating. There will be no burial as it was Mrs. Dunlop's wish to be cremated.
