TOPS meets in Aug.

Greencastle TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) 1003 met for its first meeting of the month on Aug. 7 at the Antrim Assembly of God Church on Bemisderfer Road.

The best "loser" for the month of July was Bonnie Rotz. Three new members joined the club in July.

Programs for the month of July included: July 3 - Keep Moving!With Co-leader, Brenda Harp; July 10 - Club Anniversary - healthy covered dish meal; July 17 - Restaurant Choices, Part 1; July 24 - Overcoming Obstacles; July 31 - Fun Night with Linda Witmer hosting "The Calorie is Right" game.

Plans are being made for Fall Rally which will be held Saturday, Oct. 13, at the Lighthouse Restaurant, Chambersburg, 8 a.m. Greencastle 1003 will be hosting the event this year.

Greencastle TOPS 1003 meets every Tuesday evening with weigh in from 5:45 to 6:30 p.m The meeting is from 6:35 to 7:30 p.m.
