Annual Ox Roast will dish it up

The annual Greencastle Sportsmen's Association Ox Roast has been set for Saturday, Aug. 11 and 18.

Home cooked meals will be served family style in the air conditioned clubhouse from 4 to 7 p.m.

Ox sandwiches, French fries, vegetable soup and soda are available from noon to 10 a.m.

Entertainment for the series includes: Aug. 11, Powder Keg Band; Aug. 18 Brush Fire (formerly The Country Plus Band).

Cash awards will be presented at the end of the roasts. Merchandise prizes will also be presented.

Parking is free and the end is open to the public.
