Property tax/rent rebate application deadline extended
      HARRISBURG - The application deadline to file for the state's Property/Tax Rent Rebate program has been extended from June 30 to Dec. 31, 2007. By extending the deadline, the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue expects an additional 40,000 applicants to apply for the rebate program.

Township sets deadline for agreement with Todd Auto Body

      Jeff Todd's decision to move his auto body business to a new location does not solve his problems with Antrim Township. The two are at odds on a formal agreement to resolve zoning violations at the current Todd Auto Body site at 13545 Worleytown Road.

Legal fees sticking point for Antrim/Todd agreement

      The compliance agreement Antrim Township supervisors want Jeff Todd to sign, and the land use agreement Todd wants the board to sign share similar statements. Both were written as proposals to resolve the zoning violations which occurred as Todd expanded his auto body business since 1990.

Plums welcome son
      Eric and Jodi Plum of Greencastle announce the birth of a son, Reese Nathaniel, at 6:27 a.m. Saturday, June 23 in Waynesboro Hospital. Reece was 19 inches long and weighed eight pounds, six ounces. Reece has an older borther, Owen.
