The Jewelry Shop in Greencastle recently held a sale where a percentage of the gross sales from select items were donated to the Antietam Humane Society. The month-long event generated the $300 check seen being given to Candie Clopper, Executive Director of the Antietam Humane Society by Tim Myers, one of the owners of The Jewelry Shop. Tim and Tom Motichka, the other shop owner, will be celebrating 25 years in Greencastle next April. The shop has always given back to the community, donating to local charity events and sponsoring various local organizations. Both Tim and Tom are active in the area on there own time supporting children's sports teams and Greencastle's volunteer fire department. OwnerTim Myers said "It's only right to support some of our four legged neighbors from time to time."
