Bank contributes to cultural center
      WELSH RUN - The First National Bank of Greencastle has contributed $3,000 to the Conococheague Institute's Welsh Barrens Cultural Center at Rock Hill Farm. The bank's donation is the second in a two-year bank pledge to the Institute.
