Judge dismisses Grove descendant's lawsuit
      Judge Paul Millen issued his ruling on the contested will of Cora I. Grove Friday. In a decision filed with the Franklin County Clerk of Courts office he dismissed the appeal filed by heirs, based on the fact that the one-year statute of limitations had passed.
