Court report The following cases were recently docketed before Magisterial District Judge Duane Cunningham: A preliminary hearing date of May 22 has been set for James Edward Byrd, Jr., 42, 625 Franklin Farm Lane, Chambersburg; and Erica Marie Lynch, 19, and Joshua Lance Ingream, 21, both of 128 S. Jefferson St., Apt. A, Greencastle. The three are charged with burglary, theft, criminal mischief and criminal attempt for a break-in at AC&T, 255 N. Antrim Way, at 1 a.m. March 21. Pennsylvania State Police interviewed all three, and they stated Lynch drove the vehicle, Byrd broke the glass door into the business and Ingream stole 38 packs of Camel cigarettes. Greencastle Police also assisted in the investigation. Justin Michael Dingle, 19, Waynesboro, is charged in connection with a theft at I-Skate 81, 11440 Grindstone Hill Road, between June 1 and Sept. 12. Owner Patricia Leazier reported that skating equipment, $800 cash, a cash register and electronic items were taken. The total value was $1547.80. Following an investigation, Pennsylvania State Police charged Dingle with burglary, criminal conspiracy, theft and receiving stolen property. During an interview with PSP on Nov. 24, Dingle told them a 17- year-old juvenile male was also involved. Curtis Lynn Myers, 43, Hagerstown, is charged with two counts of delivery of cocaine and two counts of use of a communication facility during the commission of a crime. A confidential informant allegedly purchased 14 grams of cocaine from Myers on April 11 at 6:25 p.m. and again on April 18 at 3:55 p.m. in the parking lot of Hardees in Greencastle. The purchase price was $550 both times. Myers' wife Kimberly Sue Myers was allegedly present during both occasions. They were taken into custody April 18. | |||||
