Police reports

Greencastle Borough Police ecently released the following ncident reports:

A Greencastle man has been

harged with aggravated assault, making terroristic threats, three

ounts of simple assault and

arassment. Robert Linne Wolford, 19, 203 S. Carlisle St.,

legedly confronted Jessica M.

euel at that address on March 28.

euel reported that she went to the esidence of Wolford's sister at 11

m. to retrieve a video game sysm

she had given Wolford while hey were dating. After 15 minutes he wanted to leave and Wolford

legedly grabbed her.

She stated he held a knife to er throat and threw her to the oor. Her head hit the floor and er arm was bruised. Wolford

legedly slapped her with the side f a butcher knife, causing a small

ceration to her cheek. Deuel statd Wolford said he would kill her

she told anyone about the incient.

She drove home and delayed eporting it until April 4. She said he was afraid and secured a Protection From Abuse order from Washington County, where she lives.

Pennsylvania State Police in Chambersburg recently issued the following news releases (Information on any of the cases should be called to police at 264- 5161.):

The residence of Charles Gates, 48, 11560 Burkett Lane, was burglarized between 6 p.m. April 27 and 5 p.m. the next day.

Someone stole jewelry from the residence of Donna Myers, 51, 2928 Anna Mae Drive between 7 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. April 27.

Police alleged that Theodore Orr, 38, struck Patty Keith, 40, in the face with a telephone receiver at 1:56 a.m. April 21. Criminal charges of simple assault were filed against Orr for the incident, which occurred on John Wayne Drive.

Kendrick Charles Payne, 29, a resident of Franklin County Jail, 625 Franklin Farm Lane, allegedly punched Jessica Leann Robinson, 18, Chambersburg, in the face while she visited him. He was charged with harassment. The incident occurred at 8:40 p.m. April 27.

The swimming pool of Kevin Gardner, Rosebud Drive, was damaged between 2 and 6 a.m. April 25 when someone put holes in three panels and the liner.

A two-vehicle crash at 10:52 a.m. April 25 was determined to have been caused by an alcoholimpaired driver. Todd Talhelm, 39, was charged with driving under the influence after he struck the rear of a 1991 Subaru slowed for traffic. Talhelm was driving a 2003 Advance cement truck and tried to retrieve a dropped cigarette prior to the accident. Neither he nor the other driver, Margaret Reichard, 79, Chambersburg, were injured. Both vehicles were traveling east on Buchanan Trail West.

Joseph Nathaniel Wachs, 20, was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop at the intersection of Countryside Drive and Williamsport Pike.

The BP gas station, 10835 John Wayne Drive, was the victim of theft at 1:37 p.m. April 23. Someone drove off without paying for gas.

Manito, 7564 Browns Mill Road, was the site of a terroristic threat at 10:07 a.m. April 23. Someone wrote on the men's bathroom wall, indicating a possible bomb threat. The school was cleared and searched without incident.

A 17-year-old juvenile stole the credit card number of Susan Pfannebecker, 39, 3724 Hazel Drive, and made purchases online between March 12 and 28. The incident was referred to juvenile probation.
